Project Manager
Current- Provide overall project and construction management services on assigned projects. Assure that construction is carried out according to plans and specifications. Maintain complete administrative records of project records, files, reports and correspondence. Prepare reports as required. Ensure conformance with standards. Develop, communicate, and modify project and key events schedules.- Plan, prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets to identify and prevent potential financial overruns and variances; make appropriate decision/recommendations to alleviate financial implications.
