Main responsibilities:• Collect and analyse data from multiple sources. Create dashboards and automate analytics process• Cooperate with Product and CRM teams to analyse product data to discover insights, forming hypotheses, develop new metrics, implementation of new features • Cooperate with Marketing team to optimize/improve marketing/analytics stack. Support marketing and growth team• Optimization of data flow and SQL/R requests• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for Product/Marketing/CRM/Call Centre

• Gathering and revealing Clients’ business needs and requirements on global and local levels to develop and to implement media strategies for ROI maximization• Presentation of buying strategies and proposals to C level management, both for Clients and for Vendors• Negotiations towards the best TV price conditions and taking responsibility to deliver it• Full data analysis to perform maximum marketing return. Creating data models of users and competitors behaviour prognosis, market demand/supply forecasts, returns on investments outcome. Buying 15+ billions TV contacts per year in the most cost-efficient way• Development, modelling and delivering KPI’s (tv viewing, cover, market demand/supply forecast, competitors behavior, returns on investments)• Implementation of new tools for work flow automation and metrics for ROI increasing• Designing and maintaining data base for the department, defining the data to be collected• Building the internal/external BI reports and dashboards (from Excel to PowerBI)• Management and controlling TV buying department performance (team up to 6 specialists).Recruitment and training Agency’s team. Reporting to CEO directly• Documents management and optimization (applications, contracts, invoices)
