Main responsibilities as IT manager:Planning and managing implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting Company’s IT infrastructure;Overseeing the administration and maintenance of WAN/LAN infrastructure;Managing and developing updates to telephone systems; overseeing maintenance of PBX;Interacting with telephone operators (any). Acting as key responsible person for addressing any issues external services related;Handling IT documentations;Planning and managing implementation of hardware and software upgrades;Managing IT help desk activities;Maintaining servers infrastructure;Responding to escalated help desk issues;Providing necessary training to Help Desk staff;Ensuring that server room equipment is maintained properly;Budgeting and keeping track of Capital and Operational expenditures;Managing the procurement of all software, hardware and other IT supplies;Accounting and maintaining all IT and related assets;Negotiating and reviewing contracts; keeping track of expiring contracts;Ensuring the compliance of task fulfilled with the related policies and procedures;
