I play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the quality of data for multiple time-sensitive projects. My contributions are pivotal to enabling timely project execution, as the office team relies on the accurate and prompt availability of the data I manage.My key responsibilities include:● Merging data from diverse sources and seamlessly integrating it into Intratem's data management systems.● Aggregating, editing, overseeing, and verifying data entries made by other employees to maintain high standards of data integrity.● Providing essential data management support, including configuration checks, table reconciliations, and developing/editing formulas to ensure data accuracy.● Communicating frequently across departments to address and resolve operational challenges.● Training new employees on data entry and management processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and consistent data handling.A notable achievement during my tenure was:● Developing a Python-based parser: This tool converts phone number pairs (old and updated numbers) from PDF documents into Excel files, saving approximately 17 hours of manual labor per project and significantly reducing the risk of typographical errors.Due to this innovation, the company introduced the 'Process Improvement Bonus Program.'

● Gathering data from data sources (mostly LinkedIn, Crunchbase, corporatewebsites).● Reviewing datasets to identify issues and data exceptions.● Checking data getting from other employees for validity, uniqueness, andrelevancy, making sure the data is accurate and clean.● Preparing data, creation, and maintenance of the logic (e.g. Excel formulas) forCohort Analysis.● Creating, reviewing, and updating quality control measures to improve dataexcellence.● Proposing improvements to the work process.

The company was seeking multiple detail-oriented, savvy Data Quality Analysts.And I got a chance to be one of QA team members to provide feedback on the Company's real-time data feeds and signals concerning events around the world.

HVAC (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) equipment internet research and entry into the database.● Finding general information about equipment ( in"Brochures", "Installation, Operation, & Maintenance" files, "Product Data" lists, etc) on the Internet and entry into the database. ● Editing and uploading .csv files with information about properties and equipment which are located there.The information was collected from tables, charts, and texts (Type of HVAC, number, type of its parts, etc).During the project, I reviewed more than 28Gb of existing data (more than 13500 pdf files) and added more than 1750 products to the database.

● Creating 2d floor plans and 3d models in Archicad.
