Responsibilities:- I researched user and business needs, analysed the market and competitors, and developed a product strategy;- Developed customer journey, designed information architecture, and conducted customer research based on the results of in-depth interviews, usability testing, A/B tests, etc;-I researched product analytics using SQL to make grounded decisions on the creation and prioritisation of the backlog;- Analysed and worked with transactional data on a regular basis;- Managed the development process from idea to launch of a B2C product;- Created and maintained product documentation (Persona, User Story, Scope, PRD, BPMN);- Effective communication with project stakeholders, defining needs and reporting on project status;- Daily interaction and coordination of the development process with BA, QA, Front-end and Back-end development teams, designers- Cross-platform product development for Android, iOS, WEBKey Results:- Created a process for more efficient and faster product development and adding new functionality;- Optimised the architecture of the data preparing service to build the Transaction History, which increased the stability of the service and doubled the speed of data delivery to the client;- Improved and added functionality to the product: concise transaction description, functional buttons, UI/UX- Created a process for adding logos of merchants;- Launched the MVP of the Spend Analytics service;
