Fast-developing Ukrainian Airline - I was looking forward working in it. Travel and result-driven approach was a decision maker for me to start the job. I got the System Analyst position, starting with Software Support process creation and implementation which directly facilitated the program management and showed some gaps in cross-functional processes to improve. The ways of process automation are a whole other part of job that requires creative mindset and the means to make teammates follow the approach chosen by system analyst.Besides, currently copying my system support framework into other softwares of our company, happy to see it duplicate :)

When Jira was in a full use, the need for Agile Framework implementation appeared. I volunteered to become the internal Scrum and Kanban couch for the company's teams and my proposition was taken. We had to find the approach for using one of the framework not only for Dev Teams but for Administration, Commercial, Legal etc. It was exciting to work with each team leader and build the cross-functional structure and processes of their departments organized by Framework. After the implementation and coaching it was time to move on.

IT start-up ArtDock was ready to Implement Jira Software to establish the structure for it`s development project`s and I was proposed to be in charge of it. It was great to implement new processes, like a clean slate. So I started from what actually companies departments ARE doing and built it in Jira. To facilitate the user experience in switching into new software, I was providing constant trainings based on the demand.

Later same year I got part in my first project as Jira Software implementation administrator for 300 employees. So I studied Jira and I teached every department with individual way of using it. And It was exciting to be part of so useful processes optimization for the first time!

I got a proposition to work at Ukrainian innovative company as a project portfolio manager. As young motivated specialist I systematized and supported all IT projects in Liga.

Project manager! - it is what I wanted to do. During maternity leave I've started learning new profession. Family Fashion Start Up was perfect opportunity to apply my fresh knowledges of management projects from A to Z. And I did it all from the Charter and Budgeting to the Closing. And it worked, still working actually. So new level of my career was achieved.

Working as while studiying as a postgraduate student, gaining experience as a lecturer. Excited to be able to motivate students learning languages. Whole academic Year was a big practice of finding approach :). Though I didn't feel that I could use all my soft skills. So meanwhile I started to wonder where I can be more helpful and more self accomplished.

The documents were of different kinds - audits, contracts, corporate emails, articles. I was happy to be able to combine work with my studies, it completed my experience.
