• planning, organisation, co-ordination, implementation and follow-up on the project activities;• ensure quality and relevance of the project outputs, suggest priorities and adjustments as necessary;• contribute to the preparation of reports, analyses and other documents related to the project objectives such as briefings, speeches and information notes;• assist with the budgetary follow-ups of all project expenditures;• establish, develop and maintain contacts and working relationships with the representatives of national and local authorities, civil society and the international partners working on the ground with a view to implementing the project;• work with consultants and experts when carrying out tasks and missions in the field or in HQ;• contribute to selection of local service providers, negotiate and prepare contracts;• contribute to drafting of new project proposals, including budgets, logframes and results-oriented reports;• foster the visibility of the project by drafting web news items and press releases, by disseminating information and by providing advice and input on publications;• perform any other tasks related to the implementation of the project as requested;• promote the Council of Europe values internally and externally.

• formation of state social policy in the field of providing social services and conducting social work, volunteer activities, family and children issues, protection of property rights of the elderly;• program management of one-time in-kind assistance at the birth of a child "baby boxes" or monetary compensation for its cost (regulatory support, budget planning, distribution of expenses between in-kind and monetary compensation, preparation of tender documentation, support of the tender procedure, conclusion of contracts with the Supplier, redistribution of expenses depending on the actual issuance of in-kind assistance);• program management of reimbursement of the cost of a municipal babysitter's care service for a child up to three years of age (regulatory support, budget planning, expansion of the category of recipients, struggle with fictitious recipients);• implementation of mediation in social services;• digitalization of the sphere of provision of social services (methodical and regulatory support for the implementation of electronic case management; development of the register of recipients and providers of social services; development of the electronic cabinets of recipients of social services, providers of social services, authorized bodies, case managers);• cooperation with international partners, conclusion of memorandum, implementation of project agreements, implementation of international technical assistance projects.
