Also, you can't build a fortress on a quicksand, so I strive to have a solid background and end-to-end understanding how systems work, from math and cryptography to psychology, economics and crowd dynamics.In my vision, people should be able to apply their skills where they are needed the most. That's why I believe in telecommuting - with experience both as a subordinate and a manager.
