Oleksandr Rubtsov is a Ukrainian-born individual currently based in the United States. In Ukraine, he established and led the Commodity Market Monitoring Center, which, with the assistance of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine, conducted analytical studies to support transfer pricing regulations and prevent income transfer to offshore jurisdictions.When Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Oleksandr immediately took action by traveling to Poland to organize the evacuation of civilians, with a special focus on the safety and well-being of women and children. Through his humanitarian efforts, he provided shelter, food, essential supplies, and medical assistance, bringing solace and hope to those in need.Motivated by a strong desire to support his fellow countrymen, Oleksandr, together with a group of like-minded individuals, initiated a new project in New York. Their primary objective is to offer free prosthetics and rehabilitation services to Ukrainian military personnel who sustained injuries during the Russian Federation’s invasion.
