As an Order Fulfillment Administrator at EML Payments, my responsibilities included preparing and processing orders for payment cards. I collaborated with delivery services, ensured accurate documentation, and managed the end-to-end process. My role was crucial in facilitating secure and efficient payment solutions for our clients and their customers.

Worked within a team at an car service center, specialising in tire fitting and maintenance. Gained valuable experience in conversational English, teamwork, and overall professional development while working in Ireland

Worked in a position not directly related to my experience and education due to an urgent relocation without language proficiency and local work experience in Ireland. Nonetheless, gained valuable skills in working under supervision. Additionally, within the work process, acquired knowledge and skills in technical safety, obtaining certifications in Safe Pass and Manual Handling

Worked in a company specializing in a national network of testing laboratories for various categories of vehicles, OTK Service. Managed one of the laboratories in Kharkiv. Started as a Laboratory Engineer but was promoted to Client Manager shortly after a few weeks, and later became a section manager. From 2018 to 2019, the laboratory held one of the top positions in Ukraine in terms of the number of issued testing certificates. This achievement was made possible by the implementation of a unique referral program into the process, as well as strategic marketing efforts to attract clients. Additionally, engaged in marketing activities such as managing the company's Instagram page and setting up advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.

Together with partners, I invested in granite processing equipment and established a workshop. Beyond manufacturing, our venture involved building a retail network for our products, attracting wholesale buyers, and providing comprehensive finishing services. Primarily, my role encompassed financial oversight, raw material procurement, marketing, and the expansion of the retail network.

I joined as a manager in 2009. Over the course of 6 years, I progressed from manager to executive director. My responsibilities included extensive work with financial, accounting, and technical documentation, as the company was involved in manufacturing products for the oil and gas industry. Additionally, I handled the preparation of documentation for the company's participation in tender bids for government procurement. Beyond this, I oversaw raw material and component procurement, as well as certain production processes. Due to the political and economic crisis in Ukraine in 2014, I left the company in 2015.

As a third-year student in 2007, I commenced employment as an assistant accountant at the company "Clean Water" LLC, where I worked for approximately 6 months. Subsequently, I independently managed the accounting tasks for two small enterprises for about 1.5 years. My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of duties, including handling primary documents such as invoices, expense reports, tax invoices, and bank payment orders. I also managed inventory records and oversaw accounts receivable and payable. Moreover, I gained extensive experience in preparing financial reports for tax authorities and other regulatory bodies. During this time, I developed proficiency in accounting software, particularly in 1C, along with other related applications.
