Managed projects:• "FDMS". The project was successfully completed. During the implementation of the CAPEX, project savings amounted to 18% (7% - discount and 11% - saving capital by optimizing resources and requirements). The project was completed on time, without attracting additional resources.• "IPv6 project". The project was transferred at the stage of implementation. Testing of the commercial subscriber connection scheme has been completed. The process of purchasing software for regulatory authorities has begun. The expected savings of CAPEX can be up to 30% by transferring it to the equipment supplier.• "LTE LB project". The project was transferred at the planning stage. A project team has been formed, project requirements have been collected, and several LTE LB deployment scenarios and business cases for these scenarios have been developed. Proactive work with NCSRCI (National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization): the first and only options for the deployment of LTE LB has been submitted for approval before their development by the regulator.
