Taught three teams to use and modify new build scripts. Assisted two more legacy projects in adopting the same approach.** Migrated the system from Perforce with a specific access model to Git with submodules. Trained three teams to use Git every day instead of Perforce. Assisted two more legacy projects in adopting the same approach. -

Found an approach how to make the system written in Delphi with a 3D interface automatically testable, so the created integration 3D UI tests can be written on C# and are not dependent on the screen resolution. Implemented the approach and built an infrastructure for running automated tests daily.- Was driving several complex changes in the core architecture of the Dental CAD/CAM system, that have significantly improved its performance, perception of its quality by the end-users, improved maintainability, and reduced time required to extend functionality in the selected areas.- Fully supported the idea of converting manual testers into test automation engineers and proved the feasibility of this idea by involving one manual tester in the tests’ development on C# language. The project became the first and for a long time the only one where the manual testers were also C# developers. They became much more motivated. -
