Internet Channel Leader and Business Delivery Executive, responsible for strategy, direction and control of the bank’s Web and Mobile delivery channels to ensure customer, operational and financial targets are met. Includes the online sales funnel from public website into online applications, online & mobile banking design and servicing capabilities, and coordination with other customer channels, functions and business units across Nationwide. Successful deployments include a full redesign of the deposit account and credit card origination applications, a new bill pay platform and customer conversion, a custom ATM locator, new/enhanced online banking username & password utilities, extended statement history for deposit accounts, new mortgage origination platform, new servicing platform and e-statements for credit cards, mobile banking, and enhanced online banking self-service functionality.
