1. Maintaining client projects• Communicating with clients from budgeting and pre-project preparation to project delivery;• Planning budgets, deadlines, and resources in digital projects;• Manage client expectations, monitor compliance with client requests and agreed project terms and conditions;2. Forming a project vision• Thinking out the best way to solve client's problems from the business point of view (if necessary, with the involvement of the Art Director, Team Leader of the developers, Media Planner);• Generate their ideas and participate in the discussion of project concepts;• Analyze information about the client, its products, and the market in general;• Create presentations of concepts, proposals, and results of work for clients;3. Manage the team and project progress• Form a project team;• Independently nd and select freelancers, if necessary(copywriters, front-end and back-end developers, web designers, media specialists, etc.) for special projects and tasks. Form a base of freelancers;• Combine in-house performers and freelancers for optimal resource allocation;• Set deadlines and cost limits, work with the art director, developer, and creative team;• Fixing the project costs;• Structuring the information and tasks received from the client;• Ful llment of financial targets by the department4. Development of the direction• Implement and develop new directions of activity in the digital department;• Supplement and structure the knowledge base of the agency, to document their own experience.
