At PWAN, I have played a pivotal role in driving collaborative advocacy efforts, conducting capacity-building initiatives, and integrating the implementation of key government policies such as United Nations Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace, and Security, Resolution 2250 on Youth Participation, and the Prevention and Countering Violent Extremism National Action Plan (P/CVE NAP), among others.🔹 Key Achievements:Successfully supported project implementation and coordinated activities across Northeast Nigeria, specifically in Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe states.Facilitated the simultaneous completion of four major projects, demonstrating effective project management skills and a deep understanding of the humanitarian context.Contributed to the organization's growth and impact, from an intern during my undergraduate studies to a permanent employee, showcasing continuous professional development and dedication to our mission.I am driven by a strong belief in the power of collective action and community empowerment to drive meaningful change.
