Marcello is a Norwegian IT company with its headquarters in Oslo.An exciting work experience that required a good ability to take responsibility in a independent matter. I have primarily worked with sales directly with decision-makers and end-user on a large portfolio consisting of as-a-service services, licenses, IT equipment, consultants and associated project costs.I have produced product sheets and service descriptions with accurate definitions of Marcello's many new as-a-service services and customer-specific solutions according to individual customer needs.Everyday work also consists of follow-up and logistics of our many distributors and partnerships, as well as consultants and customer follow-up after the sales process.During my time as TeamLead ServiceDesk, I have had the opportunity to lead an organized department, streamline and ensure quality processes, prepare measures for increased customer satisfaction, with a mission to incorporate sales activities in the department.

Through my long work experience as an operator at Shell Gran, I have developed good skills to provide customized service to different customer personalities based on the customers individual behavior and needs.Dealing with a high pace and unpredictable situations was a constant factor in the work where effective problem solving was essential. In addition, I was given on-call responsibility on the weekends to ensure that the station was operational for my colleagues and our customers at the 24-hour manned station.
