My driving force is to develop people and help them grow into their roles, with the aim of creating organizations that foster psychological safety.I have the ability to understand the complexities of the projects I am responsible for. I manage my projects with care for others and I care about bringing out their inner motivations, so that we together can create the best possible results and deliverables.Most of my working experience has been focused on IT projects. I have implemented CRM (Customer Relationship Management) projects, focusing on companies’ sales and marketing processes and worked with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects focusing on companies’ finance, manufacturing and supply chain processes. When managing different projects, both as delivery manager within the RnD department as well as customer projects, I have the past years used an agile project model. Some of the advantages with using an agile method when managing projects are that you deliver in small pieces/iterations, you get fast feedback and you involve all people in the project from start to delivery. From my experience of running cross-functional teams with team members in both Sweden and India, I understand how we best take advantage of our differences and optimize the employees' drive and ambition. My intercultural competence promotes international cooperation.
