P&L per Project, P&L per Department;- Project efficiency reporting; - KPI’s and metrics for lawyers and administrative staff;- Time sheets, Work in progress, effectiveness analysis;- Internal efficiency reports;- Accounting and tax planning policies and standards;- - Recruitment of finance and administrative team members;- Informational support to head of departments (tax consultations, state regulating rules. etc.) -Pricing plans support, pricing scenarios;-NPV and business plans for new investments;Achievements in AEQUO:- IFRS implementation, policies, procedures, standards to maintain;- Management and accounting reporting automation project, transition of financial, accounting and managerial data from Excel to another as Project manager. In new system implemented and developed IFRS reporting, variance analysis reporting (budget vs fact), budgeting system, managerial reporting (internal staff efficiency reports), project efficiency reports;- Power BI analytics project. All accounting and business data extracted from ERP systems and visualized in Power BI reports for owners and key managers; - CRM project automation. System is used as CRM, Invoicing and PR activity;- Changed cash flow position due to changing AR collection and billing business processes;- Costs reduction and new procurement business process of operational and project costs. Further control that policies and procedures are conducted in line with internal regulations; - Leading internal HR department (creation and active participation in implementation of employee assessment and motivation policies, annual assessment process automation in line with internal KPI); - IT department supervision;- Work with foreign entities, bank, audit, financial statement submission to tax authorities;- Control of internal agreements and documents flow;- Calculation of company’s and conducted projects cost of services sold base on automated system. Achievements: - Management and accounting reporting automation project. Wrote all technical requirements for IT specialists. In new system implemented IFRS reporting, budgeting system, payment requests from employees on WEB, Auto invoicing system on WEB, direct and indirect costs allocations and cost of services sold calculation, managerial reporting automation (Project efficiency, Cost of employee, COSS report) ,Performance and project bonuses calculation automation;
