• Responsible for operational part in launching new products: preparation and reviewing of partners cooperation documents (agency agreements, instructions for the partners employees etc.), insurance contracts templates, other documents;• Review of all documentation related to incoming claims:- taking preliminary decision by incoming claims;- requesting additional documents;- negotiations with state authorities regarding circumstances of claims;- work with the company security and investigation departments in investigating insurance cases;- refusal letters preparation;- preparation and verification of internal and external claims reports;- consulting support of the clients and partners employees;• Policy management control;• Commission calculation and reconciliation the commission amount with partners;• Pre-term insurance policies cancellations;• Cooperation with legal advisors regarding legal actions and legal questions concerning new products;• Cooperation with legal advisors regarding legal disputes with clients;• Cooperation with Reinsurer regarding Medical Underwriting and Claims Management;• Cooperation with software developers regarding new products launching and improvement of existing products, preparation of technical requirements, software testing and maintenance;• Consulting support of partners and clients.• Responsible for Medical Underwriting issues.• Responsible for providing necessary internal reports regarding operations and claims management and external reports for Partners and Head Office (operations, claims management, police management, complaints and litigations); • Cooperation with Contact-centre regarding new products launching, updating the Scenario for Contact-centre concerning launched products and other necessary scripts;• Development of the internal procedures and instructions for employees;• Responsible for complaints management.

• Draft internal documents and policies on insurance claim management in the headquarters and regional offices of the company; • Review of all documentation related to insurance claims;• Coordinate with regional offices and provide consultations on insurance claim management cases;• Work with the company security and investigation departments in investigating insurance cases;• Control maintaining computerized databases and insurance cases recording system;• Review and control correctness of the correspondence with insurance policy holders and other parties, letters to different agencies, and justification for insurance payments or rejections; • Conduct negotiations with assistance companies for involving agents in dealing with the insurance claims filed abroad;• Draft documentation and negotiation in health insurance;• Communicate with vehicle technical service stations in signing cooperation agreements;• Review documents on reducing insurance payments;• Review claims and develop recommendation for improving client service delivery;• Develop programs for insurance claim express-payment. • Review and improve insurance policies and procedures with regards to insurance claim management.
