Summary:I participated in configuration of the specific part of software suite that was responsible for communication between physical genetic analyzers and implemented software Key Responsibilities• Gather oral and written information from client during regular calls and via received working instructions, SOPs, documentation samples, e-mails etc.• Provide client support, trainings, presentations.• Setup system to meet client's needs and report client about changes• Perform smoke testing after updates and specific functional testing to ensure that software is able to reflect client's processes• Communicate with developers, BAs and testers on client's use cases or contentious issues, help with system setups
