Since my teenage years, when I started to realize what types of work exist and how people work in teams. I began to wonder how they were employed and how to build such relationships and a system of employee loyalty to create the most comfortable conditions.From that moment on, I began to develop my listening and understanding skills, took a course to improve my emotional intelligence, and implemented such time management methods as eating the frog first, batching, get to do list, and individual energy curve in my daily routine. While studying at the university, I actively participate in teamwork, taking part in the distribution of tasks and monitoring their implementation. I can adapt to circumstances and love to learn new things. Currently, I have good basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook Teams, and Canva.
