This Center is the leading Ukrainian advisory institution for the diagnosis of leukemia and malignant lymphoma. My responsibilities included the care of concomitant somatic pathology in conditions such as hemoblastosis, leukemia, lymphoma, limfogranulomatosis and histiotsitosis at the clinical stage. Moreover I was tasked with providing treatment and guidance to challenging differential diagnostic questions which did require constant hospital supervision. I provided consultations to patients in divisions of intensive chemotherapy, bone marrow transplantation and chemotherapy hematological diseases. I was also afforded the opportunity to co-ordinate blood donation operations, including the use of automated system of recruiting blood donors in Ukraine. Regarding to this it is necessary to solve issues related to the diagnostic of potential infections in donors.
