Occupied position is Project Supply Manager.- Ensure the smooth running of the daily routine of the Supply department. - Planning the project supply activities. - Ensure proper Order processing in the project. - Ensure effective local purchase management of the project. Collaboration with local suppliers, negotiations, supplier selections, long-term/short-term contracts with suppliers etc. - Ensure efficient physical (warehousing) and administrative (management of movements) stock management of medical and logistic items. - Ensure the availability of relevant management data to the owners of the stocks at project and coordination levels (expired drugs, risk of shortages, stock reports, pipelines, quarantines etc.)- Ensure efficient freight management in the project. - In charge of communication with Supply coordination and medical coordination of the mission.- Ensure efficient supply administration and implementation of standard supply tools such as Logistix7, MSR, TSR, MMR, SMS, Q4, IR follow-up, PU follow-up etc.- Supervision of supply team (9 people).- Make the project team aware of supply issues that can have an impact on the project activities. - Deal with HR related tasks such as recruitments, evaluations, coaching etc.

Position is Supply Log.- Field orders processing in Logistix7 database. - Close communication with warehouse department in terms of orders preparation and its dispatches the othe fields. - Dealing with documents accompanied the cargo.- Communication with the projects.- MSR, TSR, LSR stock reports. - Collaboration with Nairobi Supply Center regarding local procurement.

- Planning Supply Activities in response to the requests and their priorities.- Market analysis.- Cooperation with suppliers. Receiving quotations, products availability, discounts, special offers etc. - Order placements, coordination of their delivery in agreed terms and conditions.- Dealing with contracts and all obligatory documents for ordered products. - Validation & payment procedures.- Work in Logistix7 software.- Warehousing activities (goods receptions, dispatches as per the requests, stock reports to departments etc.)

- Procurement team supervision. International & local orders follow-up. Back-order monitoring.- Transport team supervision. International & local freight follow-up (coordination - fields). - Work on contracts with customs clearance agent, long-term agreement with major suppliers. - Taking part in day-to-day activities of Supply department. - Work in Logistix7 and Unifield software databases.

Collaboration with current and potential overseas suppliers of the company. - Placing orders for goods production to manufactories and controlling production terms in accordance with agreements and contract liabilities.- Payment procedures, checking and creating import documents.- Dealing with contracts, agreements, power of attorneys etc.- Taking part in negotiations with counterparts, getting discounts, special conditions, exclusive offers, payment postpones etc. - Taking part in adapting of the products individual package to Ukrainian market.- Work in 1C (8.2) program database. - Participation in different supplementary projects of the company.- Representing and promoting the products at trade shows, exhibitions.

- Providing with the most suitable kind of transportation for each import and export consignment (dealing with multimodal, sea (FCL/LCL), air, automobile deliveries). Cooperation with parcel services.- Getting the most convenient quotes from forwarders and carriers, discounts, compensations etc. - Monitoring and analysis of the international transportations market. - Work with 1C (8.2) program database. - Translation and preparation of contracts, agreements, shipping documents, quires etc. Interpretations during meetings with suppliers (English-Russian). - Taking part in varies projects of the enterprise.

- Documents flow, working with contracts and agreements, writing and translating of business letters, inquiries from overseas suppliers.- Dealing with phone calls (work with mini-station), registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintenance of the office supplies.- Head hunting, job interviews organization. - Different kind of help to Accounts department.- Working with 1C (7.8) program database.

- Dealing with problems in cargos delivery.Communication with overseas clients, and preparation of official letters and inquires.Work with internal database and international divisions of the enterprise.
