Rapid Deployment Team Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:• Data Analysis and Planning;• Jira Service Desk Coordination: tracking Team's and personal load, project statuses, meeting deadlines, and launching features and projects;• Organizing and participating in bi-weekly meetings with Technical and Team Leads• Ensuring up-to-date documentation and information maintenance (Confluence, Sharepoint, Google docs): • Engaging in communication with clients to gather feedback on completed projects• Training new team members and coordinating external training opportunities for AST employees;• Supporting team members and fostering collaboration with other team leaders to achieve team goals and improve KPIs• Providing individual feedback to employees and promoting their personal growth• Maintaining transparent communication channels with the team• Assisting employees in resolving issues and challenges• Managing team members' requests for equipment, conference attendance, etc.
