I am an Immigration Consultant, entrepreneur by calling, and a business coach, helping other RCICs succeed with their businesses (without burning out!).I've spent years building my own immigration practice. There were ups and downs, as in any entrepreneurial journey, but what I've discovered is that it is not difficult to build a successful business. What is difficult is to build a successful, life-giving business where you won't be working 50+ hours per week, missing out on family time, and grinding every day, as there is no other joy in life.After seven years of a learning curve on how to structure an immigration business in a way that brings me joy every day (because otherwise, why do we even do it?), I've come a long way toward having a balanced life. I work under 30 hours per week, enjoy two months of long vacations with my family, and feel at my best while serving clients at my highest ability.So now, I want to share my knowledge, structure, and systems with my fellow RCICs.
