Target group: adult and youth, people with disabilities, rural residents, youth at-risk, addicted people, dysfunctional families, internally displaced persons, elderly people, orphans. Responsibilities: - identification of needs and development of individual plan for social support; - case management; - work in an interdisciplinary team; - act as an advocate for clients groups in the community; - individual and group consultations; - referral to relevant specialists, medical and social services, rehabilitation centers, etc.; - developing prevention and intervention programs to meet community needs; - conduct social research; - assistance in re-issue/ receipt of lost/new documents (passports, etc.); - employment assistance, assistance in work search or/and obtaining an additional specialty; - records management, reports, etc. using MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher; Database, etc.; - time management; - meeting and event planning - financial evaluation; - work with social networks, publication of project results, news, articles
