GMS is the hub through which mobile operators interact. I work in the technical department in the unit of operations & maintenance of interaction with operators. My job responsibilities include:• building routing for operators and hub;• working with SS7 and SMPP protocols;• working with bush scripts (Linux commands);• working with clusters and nodes on the platform;• preparing technical plans of interconnection with partners (schemes construction);• troubleshooting of GSM network infrastructure to ensureuninterrupted service deliver;• providing technical support and guidance intern engineers, facilitating knowledge transfer and skill development; • management of the MNP database (enum);• management of MNP customer services

• Project Management: Handling translation and localization projects, including selecting freelancers, coordinating the team, and ensuring tasks are completed on time• Team Coordination: Managing a team of translators and editors, assigning tasks, and supporting smooth collaboration to achieve the best results•Quality Control: Overseeing the quality of translated materials, making sure they meet client requirements and company standards• Client Communication: Maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing project updates•Problem Solving: Addressing issues that arise during the project to prevent delays and ensure deadlines are met• Process Improvement: Suggesting improvements to workflows and processes to make projects more efficient•Technologies: Using tools like Protemos and Smartcat for project management, tracking, and translation workflow automation.
