As the HR Head of the Eastern Europe Cluster at Alcon, I have over 20 years of experience in human resources, leading the HR strategy and operations for 5 Eastern Europe countries (Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria and Ukraine), covering over 180 employees and supporting the business growth and transformation. Alcon is a global leader in eye care, with a mission of enhancing sight and improving lives.With a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in management of organization, I have developed and implemented multiple talent and performance management programs, organizational development projects, in collaboration with the regional and global HR teams and the business leaders. I have also ensured compliance and alignment with the local laws and regulations, by partnering with external stakeholders, such as regulators and vendors.
