Qa Test Analyst ( Mobile)
CurrentLead the sub-contract QA effort on multiple mobile applications for the Department of Veteran's AffairsDaily responsibilities:• Test Case Coverage of Business Requirements• Verification of defect repairs including fix prioritization, requirement modifications, and documenting any resulting enhancement requests• Utilize defect management tool to generate periodic testing reports • Smoke, Security, Compatibility, Functional, Regression, Section 508, Compliance, UI, Usability, Exploratory and Ad hoc Testing.• Verifies all documented functional requirements, negative test cases, error testing, and data integrity• Verifies all mobile applicable Section 508 requirements are implemented in accordance to Federal Law • Verifies applications conform to the established VA User Interface (UI) design standards, and meets the VA usability heuristics • Verifies applications communicate correctly with external data sources, peripheral equipment or applets shared by other applications• Verifies applications work correctly on all VA-approved devices, supported browsers, and support operating systems
