Senior Benefits Operations Specialist
Current- Work with the Director of Personnel Management and Legal Department to monitor and track legislative changes for all states as it pertains to benefit and leave programs;- Assist employees with benefit enrollments including answering employee inquiries, processing new hire and QLE enrollments, and preparing and reviewing benefit files for submission to providers;- Assist with the build-out of employee wellness initiatives, including education, training, events, and program development;- Work with the HRIS team on system configuration needs, reporting errors, and testing system changes related to benefit data;- Assist with data and compliance including ensuring timely completion of new hire paperwork, processing new hire and employee changes in HRIS system, and testing HRIS system updates
