As a senior professional, I am responsible for implementation, oversight, and improvement of all data systems used by the School for business intelligence, information sharing, and management of applicant, student, financial, staff, and faculty records. Serve as lead in all administrative-level business intelligence and data analysis efforts necessary for the operation of the School and for School visioning. A select list of responsibilities:• Lead strategy, development, and implementation of an Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) system to expand engagement, enrich connections, improve information sharing, and integration with other enterprise systems that hold student, faculty, financial, and course management information data.• Serve as lead in all administrative-level business intelligence and data analysis efforts necessary for the operation of the School and for School visioning. • Serve as the administrator of the School’s primary information systems in Student Services, Faculty Services, Human Resources, and Financial Services departments.• Design, develop, implement, and improve workflow processes, design requirements, develop data structure, build communication plans, and test and export data within these systems. As a result, the end user’s experience and data analysis are greatly improved.• Design, develop and support online forms and surveys to collect and analyze data needed for School’s management to make informed decisions, monitor trends and issues as well as take corrective action in a timely manner.• Define, implement, and enforce all data integration standards and documentation. Review and suggest improvement to the data architecture processes, policies, and vision and explore new and emerging technologies.

• Served as administrator of student recruitment CRM and online application systems.• Served as an internal consultant to the Student Services users in matters related to system capabilities, proficiency training, and extraction and manipulation of decision-making information.• Champion reporting process improvements by assessing and developing opportunities to eliminate manual processes. • Developed, documented and educated users on policies and procedures.• Provided technical assistance to staff and faculty members with various systems including but not limited to: Office 365, Blackboard, PeopleSoft, specialized software used by the School.• Served as a school security contact; responsible for providing access to the University student data systems for the School users and conducting annual audit.• Design, development and support of the School web sites

• Performed research and conducted data analysis for the following research projects: User Modeling (UM) – a web-based system for analyzing students’ experience with educational applications; Informational Retrieval – a web-based educational application that facilitates students’ understanding of Boolean queries and vector modeling; Web-based adaptive expression interpreter (WADEIn) – a web-based educational application for step-by-step exploration of C and C++. • Performed statistical analyses of the data collected by UM; the results were presented in the E-Learn Conference in 2004. The paper “QuizGuide: Increasing the Educational Value of Individualized Self-Assessment Quizzes with Adaptive Navigation Support,” co-authored with Professor Peter Brusilovsky, received a Best Paper Award.• Created data reports and outputs for publications and presentations
