I am a father of four, leadership development coach, cultural anthropologist, founder and business consultant. My journey as a consultant and entrepreneur started more than 20 years ago with the realization that we must continually seek clarity and deliberate action to be truly happy and do better – in life, leadership, business and how we work together to get results. If we don't first face the hard facts and confirm our current place on the map, it's always hard to work, live or lead in a direction that brings success.TRIVE is the culmination of everything I have learned on my journey. The verb ‘trive’ originates from old Norse and means to ‘firmly grasp, grow and flourish.’ That is what we do – we use proven processes and tools to help leadership teams define and implement clear strategy and leadership behaviors, align the organization on critical priorities and goals, and build a more engaged, healthy and productive organization. We apply the principles of value innovation in everything we do – helping organizations innovate by focusing on solutions that increase value while driving down costs.
