From 2017-2020 worked with Southwestern Advantage, the oldest direct-selling company in USA. Work involved relocating to a state in USA during the summer period and building a direct-selling business selling educational books and services to families. During the selling period managed to generate over 250k usd revenue in personal sales. In 2019 led a team of 3 people and co-led an organization in Iowa which generated over 500k usd revenue in just 3 month period. In Estonia I am the development manager for Reformierakond in Tartu overseeing and managing an organization of around 1000 people. In addition I work for the city council of Tartu for the Reform party fraction as the advisor for the party overseeing the work of the fraction. Latest position with Southwestern Ventures where my role as the Estonian division leader is to manage sales teams and coordinate projects.
