About Ole Yde

Ole Yde is a Danish ready to wear fashion designer who graduated in 2002 from The Royal Danish Academy of Design.Ole Yde originally set up to create bespoke evening gowns commissioned by private clients. He subsequently founded the Danish fashion house YDE in 2005, where he acted as the creative director and head designer until 2016. In 2010, Yde was awarded the prestigious prize,The Silver Thread, and lateron, Ginen, for excellence in fashion design.More awards followed, amongst those was the Elle Style Award in 2016 for Designer of the year.Ole Yde currently works as a freelance designer and consultant in the high-end womenswear market and luxury goods.
