• Apply innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to well and 3D seismic data for advanced interpretation techniques within the near-surface and subsurface. Provide R&D support and subject matter expertise for the development of the new tools and workflows in the following areas of geophysics: quantitative reservoir characterization, seismic interpretation, processing, reservoir model building.• Program manager. Coordinate and lead R&D data-driven Seismic Inversion and QI Program through the Agile development process and in collaboration with the Geophysical Technology team. Define program goals, priorities, road map and accountabilities aligned with business needs, and execute the work program.• Worke collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams of Petrophysicists, Geoscientists, Reservoir Modelers, Reservoir Engineers, and Data Scientists to develop advanced Geophysical workflows for deployment to business units across the globe.• Identify and evaluate external industry players and emerging technologies. Report to VP of Technology on project progress and findings.• Collaborate with universities to interview and recruit the best talent for the summer internship program. Provide subject matter expertise, mentoring, support and guidance for a summer intern program. Make sure the program is on track and on schedule, data is available, and projects are aligned with core business needs.• Co-lead seismic rock properties training for the company. Planned and delivered high-quality specialist technical services and consultancy to E&P businesses in area of seismic rock properties and seismic analysis. • Completed successful rock properties and seismic analysis projects to support exploration and appraisal efforts in GoM, Canada, Russia, Brazil across multiple reservoir and fluid types. • Built sweet spot maps in unconventionals and tight gas fields in Lower 48 to support drilling decisions. • Developed proprietary 4d core analysis toolkit for 4d seismic rock properties modeling. • Integrated and worked effectively within multidisciplinary teams.2.
