Purpose: Provide continuous, co-coordinated and consistent risk management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning processes. Key Objectives: Implimentation of the Risk Management (RM) policies, tools and methodologies. Facilitation and coordination of the RM process for Eastern European Region. Work with all stakeholders including Business Directors and Audit. Provide support and training on practices and processes, workshops and presentations on related topics for employees involved in risk assessment process.Implimentation of the Business Continuity Management standard. Facilitate the business continuity planning process, conduct business impact analysis. Ensure that mandated Business Continuity Plans (BCP’s) & CMP are developed, tested evaluated and updated as necessary. Assist in the production of BCP’s & CMP. Manage the Loss Reporting Process on behalf of the Head of Security EER. Consolidate loss reports, with detailed narratives, for presentation to Audit Committees on different business levels in in a report that reflect trends, major incidents, and results of major investigations.

This is the 2 years development program which aims to provide leadership/managerial development and business knowledge by real full-time work in ~4-5 departments and taking part in international assignment for a few months.During my programm I’ve worked in various Departments (Operations - Production planning,; Marketing – Strategy Planning and Insights, Trade Marketing and Audit Central Team, based in Head office in London) participated in various projects - Manufacturing Business Continuity ; development of web based Business Continuity Portal tool.
