Manager Central Pre-Registration
Current-Manage and oversee the daily operations of centralized department.-Develop and implement strategies to optimize departmental efficiency, productivity, and performance.-Lead and motivate a team of 33 direct reports, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.-Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.-Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.-Ensure compliance with organization policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve organizational goals.-Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance, key metrics, and operational initiatives to senior management.
