Responsibilities:• Purchase of raw materials for a specific group of SKUs;• Forecast demand for raw materials to meet the business needs and keep a constant check on stock levels;• Negotiation with domestic and foreign suppliers, conclude contracts, manage them and review purchase order claims;• Prepare documents for custom clearance, verify product labels for compliance with the Ukrainian legislation;• Process invoices and payment;• Schedule transportation and newsletters on imported goods• Maintain a database of customs codes;• Reporting Division (monthly, quarterly, annual)• Formation data analysis of stock, financial plans, ensuring production schedules;• Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers;

Responsibilities:•Implementation of the TMC and services in the program 1C v 7.7 and v 8 ;•Cancellation and movement of materials ;•Registration materials income;•Establishing tables of accounts, and assigning entries to proper accounts;•Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
