Coordinated ops activities reducing the accumulated refunds backlog by 98% in 2 weeks time, as well as introducing a semi-automated solution for closing refund cases.- Troubleshot user-facing issues: Such as accumulated operational workload blocking the releasing of transactions. While working at an FMCG corporation, I was strongly attracted to the world of new tech and dynamic growth. I decided to change my career without taking a step back, so I joined SKN SGH Ventures. The organization allowed me to build a startup incubator from scratch. I led the program from the point of developing its strategy to hosting a demo day.
