(Crypto to fiat on & off ramp, total VC funding >$125m)- Transformed key business metrics: Led a program of ops and product initiatives improving the time-to-value metric by 93% after the first 3 months working for the company. - Coordinated ops work-streams and automated cross-team work: Designed and fully set up the off-ramp refunds process. Coordinated ops activities reducing the accumulated refunds backlog by 98% in 2 weeks time, as well as introducing a semi-automated solution for closing refund cases.- Troubleshot user-facing issues: Such as accumulated operational workload blocking the releasing of transactions. Presented all deliverables to the Management Board, followed by coordinating 2 pilot projects of startup solutions.- Managed startup scouting activities and/or PoC: Projects in the areas of: web3, VR, value added services.- Established a startup relationship management framework: Set up a dedicated tool within Jira, automating assessment and contact with prospect startups.Other responsibilities retained from previous role.

While working at an FMCG corporation, I was strongly attracted to the world of new tech and dynamic growth. I decided to change my career without taking a step back, so I joined SKN SGH Ventures. The organization allowed me to build a startup incubator from scratch. I led the program from the point of developing its strategy to hosting a demo day.
