As a Manager I Digital Start Up - Poland I manage polish part of the Digital Start Up team in Pratia whose tasks include:- timely set-up of the studies in Hyggio system for Pratia Poland sites, in cooperation with financial team to ensure study set-up reflects the agreed contractual terms,- preparation of paper source documentation for all sites in Pratia Poland, - Hyggio system maintenance,- preparation of electronic source documentation templates (eSource),- eSource implementation and training in Pratia Poland sites. I am also a process owner of P1 functionalities.

- coordination of whole start up process - all trials, Pratia Onkologia Katowice- communcation with sponsors- administration of sponsor required systems,- delegating tasks between team members,- cooperation with Financial Departement regarding settlements (visits confirmation, additional procedures)

- timely set-up and migration of all protocols and all additional procedures in Hyggio system, in cooperation with Financial Department - task delegation and adjusting workload for the team of Global Coordinators- trainings for all site users in all sites (excl. Financial Specialists)- implementing new functionalities, in cooperation with other departments

Pratia Onkologia Katowice

- coordination of whole start up process - all trials, Pratia Onkologia Katowice- administration of sponsor required systems - reporting additional procedures based on eCRFs/patient'sdocumentation- assigning invoices and supporting site manager in settlements

- set-up of clinical trials protocols and procedures in Hyggio system- performing trainings for site users

- Study Coordinator tasks - Phase I-III trials, oncology- patient support- creating source forms based on protocol analysis
