I offer individual career and psychological consultations, as well as seminars. Eesti Töötukassa - Karjäärinõustaja, tase VI I conducted individual career consultations (over 2,350 people) and group counselling sessions titled "Restart in Professional Life," with over 1,000 participants. I also held group consultations for parents on "How to Support Your Child in Choosing a Career." Additionally, I developed and proposed a pilot project at the Employment Exchange, "Career Counseling with the Help of ChatGPT" (an author’s program), which involved around 100 people.
