With over 20 years of experience, Olga Isakov is the owner and master stylist at Something New Salon, which she opened more than 20 years ago. She is also the creator and master educator for Magic Sleek: The Next Generation in Healthier Hair.  Olga is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.Magic Sleek was created in 2013 in New Jersey. After many years of offering popular smoothing and straightening treatments in her salon, Olga and her staff learned of the harmful and life-threatening side effects of Formaldehyde exposure. With the health of her clientele and staff in mind, she set out to create a healthier alternative to harsh hair straightening treatments. Working closely with chemists, she developed Magic Sleek, a new and innovative way to straighten hair, tame frizz, and redefine curls, all while avoiding the harsh chemicals found and hidden in other treatments. Existing as a 100% Formaldehyde-free hair straightening treatment, Magic Sleek is a three step straightening system designed specifically to transform and strengthen hair. With smooth, shiny and sleek results lasting up to six months, Magic Sleek promotes healthy growth by nourishing the cuticles and scalp. Magic Sleek can achieve pin-straight hair, can straighten hair while maintaining volume, or can remove frizz and re-define curls entirely. In its infancy, Magic Sleek stared to become popular in salons across the east coast by word of mouth. Over time, through social media marketing, sales outreach, distributor partnerships, and our growing customer base, the continuation of our growth the last 8 years has been immense.
