I started career in company as a T&D manager and was responsible for managerial programs and activities. T&D function was established in Kaspersky few months before my coming. The main target for me was creation of the managerial training system. After that I was been promoted to the Head of the T&D function, with area of responsibilities all training and development activities in Moscow with the key accent to the developing T&D like a function. And then I was leading the Global department, which was created by myself. Areas of management:Global T&D strategy and vision. Global T&D system: set up and development. Global training programs: content creation, global provider searching, feedback collection. Global budgets: planning and control. Guidelines, policies and concept creation. T&D system automation.4 persons in direct reporting, including European T&D department.

Areas of management:Performance appraisal system (creation and implementation): procedure, forms, trainings, politics, and manuals for senior and middle management (about 600 per.). Competency model (professional competency model development and implementation): competencies for more than 150 position, different structure levels and departments.Feedback 360 degrees (top managers team): more than 100 employees. Organizational issues: budget, development strategy, policies and procedures. Development and support such project as “Succession planning”, “Graduate recruitment”, “HiPo employees”.
