Main responsibilities and goals, being a member of OOCL Russia Sales team, are as folls:-1. to increase volume of existing customer’s base;2. to monitor Sales Region Performance and Traffic Control. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager on daily basis for main trades and business activities;3. to coordinate with OOCL Baltic & South Agencies - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Novorossiysk (Russia, Black Sea) in their Sales and Traffic activities and overall regional performance;4. to build proper process and relationships with other OOCL departments which would help the Company to offer better service to the customers;5. to perform weekly/monthly statistics, customer portfolio analysis, traffic pattern amendment and performance OOCL monitoring to help Regional Sales Manager in reporting to Regional General Manager;6. heading of Equipment project team, coordination with Sales and Corporate Operations/Financial on drop off/pick up process within Russian hinterland;

Main issues to deal with:1. Effective utilization of OOCL equipment assets in Russia and dwell time minimization;2. Efficient equipment flow control ( Russia and Baltic coverage, incl. Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) ;3. Equipment cost control , cost saving initiative ;4. Reposition planning , sub-leasing, cabotage ;5. Communication with Vendors on Contract terms and daily operations ;6. Depot Management ( Depot Contract revision, activity updating , EDI , local IT systems of OOCL for container control ) ; 7. Participation in production and quality procedures within the region, maintenance of the container control procedure ; 8. Claim representative ( potential cargo / container damage , identification of a liable third party ) ;
