About Olga Kurilo

I have extensive experience in client relations including sales, customer service and customer retention. At my last job as a Customer Service Lead at the dietary supplement company, I was managing customer accounts, preparing commercial and retail invoices, navigating customers through both DTC&B2B webstores and helping them with the system troubleshooting. I processed around 2000 invoices and answered roughly 450 phone calls per quarter. Besides that, one of my responsibilities was helping the sales team to reach their goals through upsell strategies. I also developed training materials and was continuously training and supporting the team members whenever they faced any difficulties.Among my achievements, that I’m proud of, is implementation of online ordering for a group of customers that had a special discount.
