- Representing company’s interests in domestic market;- Market research and reports (daily market overview; daily price monitoring, weekly market comments; supply/demand);- Work with the clients;- Work with the regional representatives;- Grain shipping at the elevators, quality and quantity control;- Organization and planning of grain shipping;- Organization, control and execution of shipments;- Contracts conclusion; registration in system and problems solution;- Planning and controlling of execution grain purchases/sales (EXW,CPT/DAP, FCA);- Contracts price confirmation and communication with state structure DZI;- Trading position reconciliation;- Gross/Profit calculation and reconciliation of results between accounting and trading department;- Work with internal/global SND (analyze of crop, farmer selling, domestic consumption and export);- Preparing of line-up and export report by commodity and port;- Fundamental and technical analysis on the market;- Preparing and analyzing grain budget;- Weekly cash flow and cash using reports.

- Registering new counterparties in system and communication with clients about documents for registration;- Work with silos (reconciliation with silos; operations with stocks; providing silo shrinks in system according to checked original documents received; storage calculation; providing payments for silo services; processing accounting documents, acts of acceptance; work with warehousing receipts);- Work with the representatives of railway and automobile transport;- Daily registering shipments according to declared tonnages (registering the shipped tonnages according to actual information from expeditors; preparing shipment orders for expeditors; quality control of outloaded goods);- Overall execution of all purchase/domestic sales contracts (registering contracts, issuing/collecting original documents, working with warehousing receipts, reflecting all data in system);- Providing payments for purchase/sales contracts and silo services (the operation requires providing invoice settlement in system);- Processing accounting documents, acts of acceptance (collecting, distributing, closing etc);- Controlling intake quality for all exw and cpt contracts and making sure quality is in compliance with contracts;- Collecting all purchase and sales contracts and based on this keeping the electronic database of the contracts;- Preparation and maintenance of documentary files by vessel and contract;- Control of the budget for logistics;- Calculation of monthly storage of silos, ports, analysis of planned and actual costs;- Testing new builds of operation system, preparing requests for updates.
