During my time at Leroy Merlin, I successfully initiated and supported new projects such as pick up services from suppliers to distribution centers (30% of suppliers were connected to pick up services during the first 4 months). I was involved in the BBXD process (break bulk cross docking) either as a leader of the project or as a strong sales negotiator. I dealt with Construction of logistics schemes for suppliers: development of optimal schemes for the delivery of goods from the supplier's warehouse to the distribution centers of Leroy Merlin and/or stores as well as Optimization of supplier’s logistics costs: warehouse and transport logistics. Development of a supplier’s quality model “On time 98% / In full 95%” (OTIF). Negotiation, approval and signing of contracts with suppliers, appendixes for the logistics section.

Responsibilities included transport management, transport logistics suppliers: searched for potential carriers, negotiations, contractual relations. Analysis of the market of transport services, constant monitoring of the market of carriers, tariffs, calculation and optimization of the cost of transportation, purchase of services of carriers at the best rates and conditions, control and information support of the stroke of the carriage. Launched a project to outsource the warehouse in 3PL format.Developed and implemented regulations on the methodology and organization of movement and storage of goods and materials in the company's warehouses throughout Russia. Thanks to this project, the company received a cost savings of 7%.

Organized management from scratch: business plan, short-term and long-term plans, organizational structure, formation of the management budget, coordination with management, control of implementation, development of job descriptions and KPI of management staff. Constantly improving the processes of interaction with internal and external customers of the company: the provision of quality service of reception and delivery of goods, activities aimed at developing the competencies of management staff, improving customer focus and loyalty. Implemented the Service Desk System. Developed and implemented technological procedures, instructions governing the organization of reception and delivery of goods at the company's terminals and work with problem situations in the categories of undelivered, undetected, unidentified parcels.Timely responses for customer requests are 98%. Performed actions to reduce production costs of the company including rental costs.Daily work with the staff of the department: recruitment, interviews, certifications, development and organization of annual assessments of employees. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the existing agency network in Russia: determined the scheme of development of the agency network based on the company's development plans, the wishes of customers. Prepared contracts for agents and the regional representatives. Responsible for the cost of the regional structure: reception/delivery, transportation, consolidation, storage, loading/unloading.Planned the budget of the department and was responsible for the implementation of the established budget plan, optimization and control of the expenditure part of the department.Coordinated and planned the work of the branch and agency network in Russia. Conducted marketing research of the Russian logistics services market.
