I have been working in the customer/guest service industry since I was 15. I grew up on the foundation of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. I have carried those values towards any role I take on. Openly, although I may not have a college education- I have used my High School career as a stepping stone to becoming the leader I continue to mold into. I have always been a member of athletic clubs in which have taught me discipline and that hustle out beats talent any day. I was an active member of Student Council, Prom Committee, FFA, FCCLA, and was the student body class president from my sophomore year, up until I graduated (3 years). In which that has driven my passion for leadership. My family was never financially secure so I have always used that to fuel my ambitions. I am currently an Operations Manager for Love’s Travel Stop and have been absolutely grateful for the career Love’s has allowed me to build. I believe that, the day you stop learning, is the day you stop growing and apply that to my work ethic and my personal being. With that being said, my background is what makes me a unique individual and creates a value that is necessary in todays work force.
