Our principal activity is auditing of European Brokers (Coverholders) and TPAs/DCAs on behalf of the London Market, and in the exercise of which we pay attention to operational procedures, with particular reference to issuing of documentation, financial controls, claims handling processes and regulatory compliance in connection with binding authorities granted by Interested Underwritters. The knowledge of both the Local Market and applicable Regulations avails the team with certain additional benefits including a good understanding of placing/claims practices. Integral components of C&N's planned business strategy always included the provision of specialist services, particularly TPA activities and training programmes.

- Assisted the DUA team in the day to day operations- Assisted the Due Diligence process of Coverholders and other compliance activities- Analysed audit reports, ensuring that issues are identified, followed up and escalated in accordance with set procedures- Completed delegated audit specific post-audit actions- Ongoing participation in the review and development of audit scopes
