Supporting FGP 3GP mechanical and electrical works by timely delivering machine equipment to the site via close working with stakeholders (KPJV, CCC, TCO). Managing delivery of light and heavy equipment to 3GP site at TCO. Developing and managing bids (single and sole source, competitive bids). Developing lump sum and reimbursable contracts.Update PMV, Talisman and DCG (Dashboard) systems.

Preparation of agreements and contracts (sale, hire, purchase).Preparation POA for diesel, spare parts etc.Requesting commercial offers for various services, negotiating on discounts.Requesting and collecting quotations for BID (steel, copper, scrap, equipment etc).Coordination of all payment issues (i.e. payment formalities/ payment status/ urgent payments etc.)Daily coordination of commercial & administrative issues with Sub Contractors.

Coordination and monitoring of Company’s corporate policies.Improvement and implementation of information systems, including administering Electronic approval system.Organization and facilitation of the Management meetings.Organization of the visitors’ and employees’ reception and induction for new comers.Effective interaction with the functional units of the Company on the document completeness and validity.

Performing administrative assistance related to the stay of foreign citizens in the RoK.Providing administrative support to expat employees and management regarding HR activities.
